I love creating intimate, hands-on experiences where people can connect, slow down & leave with a special keepsake they’ve made themselves. This is the perfect, totally unique workplace activity you need to book for your next social event or team-building day. It creates the space for your team to actually sit & bond & relax, whilst being creative.
During the ring making workshop, I will personally instruct your group how to carve a ring from wax. At the end of the 3 hrs, the wax rings will be ready to send to the casting house & transformed into sterling silver, using the lost-wax casting method. Finished rings will take up to 3-4 weeks to be cast & returned to you & your team via post. Totally mobile, we come to you, all you need to provide is table space large enough for your group + one tutor & chairs.

Even the “I’m not creative” people walk away from this workshop feeling proud of what they have created! It’s all about having fun, experimenting with the material & seeing what happens without worrying about the outcome. That’s when the magic happens & amazing rings are made.

Tutor numbers are matched to your group for the right level of guidance:
1 tutor: up to 15 guests,
2 tutors: up to 25 guests,
3 tutors: up to 35 guests

At this point, I only have enough resources for 35 pax. If you have more than 35 pax, we could look at splitting the group in two over a full day. I’m happy to work out how to make it work!

I can do workshops in the North Island of New Zealand. For the South Island, or Australia, let’s chat & see if it can work!

With the constant rising costs of precious metals, to keep costs down for your team, I do not offer gold as an option for this workshop.
